Yoga MeditationI am taking my First Annual Summer Sabbatical from July 4th through the 19th. I have never taken this much time off since the two weeks off I took last year during the Holidays. I hope to do this every year as one should not burn out, because working too hard can have ill effects on ones health. Anyway, when I announce my time off in an email blast through my mail chimp account, I am going to write “Tim’s 1st Annual Summer Sabbatical One and Done Meditation”. Pretty wordy huh?
